• We ship across India.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A small delivery charge applies to orders below ₹999.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless received damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or bank/UPI for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
